Qualifikationen

• Practical experience building and deploying AI in production.
• Strong Microsoft AI experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, ML fundamentals and prompt engineering.
• Awareness of AI security and data privacy, plus GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Strong stakeholder skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Pragmatic, risk-aware approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Legal or professional services experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

I’m working with an international law firm at Liverpool Street who are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build and deploy AI solutions across the business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has taken AI into production and cares about getting it right - the focus here is on trusted, reliable and explainable AI rather than experimenting for the sake of it.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Building and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps
• Designing prompts, grounding strategies and knowledge integrations that produce reliable AI responses
• Working with agentic AI and integrating AI solutions into existing workflows and core business systems
• Assessing third‑party AI platforms and tools, building proofs of concept and contributing to build‑versus‑buy decisions
• Making sure solutions meet the right standards on security, data privacy, access controls and auditability
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and working with teams across international offices

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Practical experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions into production, rather than purely academic, research or proof‑of‑concept experience
• Strong Microsoft AI experience, particularly Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps
• A solid technical understanding of LLMs, NLP, machine learning fundamentals and prompt engineering
• Good awareness of AI security and data privacy, plus regulatory requirements including GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical users
• A pragmatic, risk‑aware approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Legal or professional services experience would be beneficial but is not essential - strong AI engineers from other complex environments where security, confidentiality and reliability matter are very welcome
