Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd in Wigan area is seeking an Art Teacher to join a college and start ASAP on a full-time basis. You will take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching in a friendly, lively college environment.

The role suits an ECT or a Qualified Teacher with QTS who can implement strong behaviour management while following school policies. Previous teaching experience in Art is desirable and two references are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE, B.Ed. or BA Hons)
• Experience delivering engaging Art lessons across KS3/KS4/KS5
• Strong behaviour management and adherence to school policies

Art Teacher Required

Salary/ Rate: £170-£230 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint an Art Teacher to work in a college in the Wigan area. The role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis. They are looking for an Art Teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant college.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children
• Have good knowledge of the full Art curriculum
• Previous KS3, KS4 and KS5 teaching experience
• Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Art curriculum
• Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
