Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd in the Wigan area is seeking an Art Teacher to start ASAP on a full-time basis. The role involves taking over the class and delivering engaging Art lessons while upholding school policies.

The candidate can be an ECT or Qualified Teacher with QTS, PGCE, B.Ed or BA Hons; must have DBS update service or willingness to apply, and have KS3/KS4/KS5 experience with strong behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Holds a teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE, B.Ed or BA Hons).
• Eligibility to work in the UK or UK resident.
• Experience with KS3/KS4/KS5.
• Strong knowledge of the Art curriculum.
• Two references covering the last 2 years.
• Current DBS with Update Service or willingness to apply.

Art Teacher Required

Salary/ Rate: 170- 230 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint an Art Teacher to work in a college in the Wigan area. The role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis. They are looking for an Art Teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant college.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children
• Have good knowledge of the full Art curriculum
• Previous KS3, KS4 and KS5 teaching experience
• Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Art curriculum
• Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
