Contract Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered)
Salary: Paid to scale or through Teaching Personnel’s competitive daily rate

Are you a passionate and creative Art Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a secondary school in Taunton to recruit an enthusiastic and inspiring Art Teacher for the new academic year.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive Art lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Foster a positive and creative learning environment where students can develop their artistic skills

• Plan and mark in line with the national curriculum

• Support the development of students’ confidence, imagination, and expression

• Collaborate with the department and wider school staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Art at secondary level (NQTs/ECTs also welcome)

• A passion for the subject and a creative approach to teaching

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
