Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Art Teacher with QTS to provide flexible day-to-day and short-term supply across Bristol secondary schools. This role offers diverse classroom experiences, covering KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to engage students and adapt to different school environments.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have Art teaching experience in UK secondary schools, and can manage classrooms while delivering engaging lessons. Work is on a flexible supply basis.

• Do you have experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school?
• Are you confident delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4?
• Can you manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment?
• Are you available for day-to-day and short-term cover assignments?
• Do you have the right to work in the UK?

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school
• Support pupils in developing practical techniques and creative ideas
• Maintain effective behaviour management and classroom routines
• Encourage participation, experimentation and independent thinking
• Adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs
• Provide feedback on pupils' work where required
