Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Art Teacher with QTS for flexible supply roles across Bristol secondary schools. You will cover day-to-day and short-term assignments, delivering engaging Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 and following school schemes of work.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school.
• Ability to deliver KS3 and KS4 Art lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school
• Support pupils in developing practical techniques and creative ideas
• Maintain effective behaviour management and classroom routines
• Encourage participation, experimentation and independent thinking
• Adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs
• Provide feedback on pupils' work where required
