The Cornerstone Practice is seeking a part-time salaried GP to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. The post involves routine and urgent consultations in person, by phone and digitally, with independent management of acute and long-term conditions.

The role is ARRS-funded and requires GMC registration, NHS GP Register inclusion and ARRS eligibility. You will work within a supportive team, maintain comprehensive electronic records in SystmOne, and contribute to quality improvement and audits

Qualifications

• Eligible under NHS ARRS criteria; 12-month restriction on substantive GP positions in core PCN practices.
• GMC registration with licence to practise and NHS GP Register inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine and urgent GP consultations in person, by phone and digitally.
• Independently assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions.
• Prescribe safely and in line with clinical guidance.
• Order, interpret and act on investigations and pathology results.
• Refer patients to secondary care and community services as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in SystmOne.
• Contribute to QOF, audits and quality improvement.
• Participate in clinical governance and continuous professional development.
