Job summary

OEConnection LLC seeks an experienced regional warehousing and operations leader to drive and improve Distrigo and Eurorepar Car Service regional performance across Scotland and Northeast England, collaborating with site management and Area Sales Managers to meet operational norms and contractual criteria.

You will implement and maintain standard processes, recruit and train teams, and manage reporting systems to deliver better cash flow and profitability while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing regional warehousing/distribution operations.
• Deep knowledge of the UK Aftermarket, Trade and Network Operations.
• Strong grasp of financial data, management accounts and profitability.
• Experience with Stellantis Parts & Service systems and MS Office.
• Proven ability in process improvement and coaching.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders up to Director/Board level.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise and manage operational standards for sales, service, warehouse, CRM and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with contractual criteria including staffing, stock levels and first-pick availability.
• Assist with recruitment of key roles and ensure teams are trained via LMS.
• Manage Speeder reporting system, including customer coding, system maintenance and BI reporting.
• Set up and train on Service Box, PLPR, Power Supply/Return, Power Line, Edoc, CMS/TMS, PCB and LMS.
• Oversee parts movement programme to increase customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales-focused systems including Insight, Onsight, Pinpoint and the Distrigo website.
• Onboard new investors including Distrigo Hubs, Markets, Relays and Eurorepar Car Service.
• Define and maintain BPI/composite reporting to improve cash flow and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and sales performance.

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve theParts & Service objectivesby driving and improving your regionalDistrigo Hub, Relay, Market, and Eurorepar Car Service businesseswith regard tooperational performance. Job Duties

Experience Required

• 3+ years' experiencemanagingregional warehousing/distribution operationswithin theautomotive parts industry
• In-depth knowledge of theUK Aftermarket, Trade and Network Operations
• Strong understanding offinancial data, management accounts and profitability
• Proficiency inStellantis Parts & Service systemsandMicrosoft Office
