The Opportunity

This role involves working 4 on 4 off rotating day and night shifts: 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00. You will serve as a Technical Expert, operating and overseeing equipment, processes, and personnel. You will take 1st Line Manager responsibilities for Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost during your shift, ensuring compliance with legislation, company standards, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety policy and legal requirements.
• Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring your own safety and that of others.
• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed according to processes, procedures, and standards.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Minimize waste throughout the plant, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions.
