Area Sales Representative
Agricultural Area Sales Representative – North of England – £40,000 + Bonus + Car

The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Area Sales Representative to join a successful agricultural business in the North of England. This direct-to-farm sales role requires a flexible and driven individual who is comfortable travelling extensively and working away from home within the region. You will be responsible for maximising sales profitability, driving business growth, and securing new accounts, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your focus will be on effectively selling the company’s products and services, helping to achieve ambitious customer and sales targets.

The Company:
Our client is a well-established and highly respected agricultural business, known for delivering high-quality products and tailored solutions to farmers and agribusinesses. With a strong focus on growth, innovation, and customer service, they provide the tools and expertise needed to support sustainable and profitable farming.

The Candidate:

  1. Proven direct sales experience, ideally within the agricultural sector
  2. A valid UK driving licence, essential
  3. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the North of England and work away from home
  4. Flexible and self-motivated approach to meeting sales targets and building client relationships

The Package:

  1. Basic salary up to £40,000, plus the potential to earn a £10,000 bonus
  2. 28 days of paid holiday per year
  3. Accommodation and subsistence covered for overnight stays
  4. Company vehicle provided, including fuel and all daily travel costs
  5. Individual company credit card for business expenses
