What We Are Looking For

We don't require vast experience or industry-specific knowledge—we'll provide full training. What we do want is:

  • A driven, proactive attitude
  • A technical mindset
  • Some experience in sales, pipeline building, and relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage a strong network of security installers, property managers, local authorities, and housing associations
  • Conduct engaging product demos and drive negotiations with key decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a strategic lead pipeline
  • Maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and growth

A Day in the Life

  • Drive business development and consistently exceed targets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Shift effortlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Experience in the residential sector or with relevant stakeholders is a plus—but not essential

This role covers both the Midlands and North regions. We understand it’s a broad area and are realistic with travel expectations. Our tools and training are designed to support remote work/meetings alongside in-person meetings.

The broader the region, the more customers and opportunities you’ll have access to—which means greater earning potential through commission/bonuses. As the business scales, we plan to divide territories to allow for more focused local coverage and support.
