Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a World Class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you like the idea of representing one of the biggest brands out there? Then this could be the role for you.

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing the Unilever ice cream brands portfolio, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing the brands' performance, awareness, and availability across UK smaller-format grocery retailers. You will visit retail stores within a defined territory, driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to enhance turnover and share using our data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct professional and efficient store calls.
  • Record and complete all information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.
