Area Sales Manager - Covering the London Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic DOE, Realistic OTE £80,000+ (Uncapped Commission) + Company Car

Hours: Full-time, home-based, regional role covering the specified postcode areas.

Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with Car Finance through our Manchester Head Quarters, home-based operations, and our expanding motor dealer channel.

This is a new and rapidly growing area of our business. We are developing a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively grow the motor dealer channel.

As an Area Sales Representative, you will manage a territory and collaborate with an internal Relationship Manager to develop the region. Your focus will be on maximizing leads and revenue from existing partners and expanding our dealer network by building new relationships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop a regional area in the UK.
  2. Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers.
  4. Coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service.
  5. Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  6. Use and update the CRM system to manage activity and pipeline.
  7. Conduct business reviews to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
  8. Attend Head Office meetings once per quarter.

  • Proven track record in selling within the Motor Trade.
  • Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
  • Proactive with high activity levels to meet targets.
  • Target-driven with a history of achieving goals.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
