A leading sales organization in London is seeking an ambitious salesperson to drive the sales of heating controls and smart products. This role involves building relationships with merchants and installers while managing a hybrid company car. Ideal candidates should possess persistence and a background in the plumbing/heating industry.
Circa £50,000 along with monthly commission
Package:
Premium package, monthly uncapped commission. Hybrid/Electric - Company Car
You will be tasked with selling the full range of products, including heating controls, thermostats, programmers, valves, and smart controls. The position involves selling into Plumbers Merchants and installers. This includes all brands within UK Plumbing Supplies, City Plumbing, and developing relationships with independent merchants. The role covers two regions: 1) North East/Yorkshire and 2) London.
A key part of this role is driving activity with potential new stockists, engaging with Branch Managers to encourage them to stock these products, and providing support and training to branch personnel. You will also run incentive schemes, organize breakfast mornings, and coordinate promotions to boost sales.

Candidates should come from within the plumbing/heating industry. Experience selling through merchants is a plus, but candidates from branch-based roles who are eager to go on the road are also welcome, provided they possess the desired personality traits.
