Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland and Northern Ireland, selling a high quality range of garage and front doors to builders merchants and national chains.

You will manage a field-based sales role, develop long-term relationships, and handle order values from £1k to £60k. A full expensed company car is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have field based sales within the construction industry.
• Track record of working for or selling to builders merchants.
• Genuine 'get up and go' work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Area Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive range of high quality manufactured range of garage and front doors for example: up & over doors, sliding doors, roller doors, front doors
• All of your time will be spent selling into national merchants, regional merchants, independent merchants, buying groups, developers, specialist garage & door merchants and wholesalers such as: Elliots, Travis Perkins & Jewson
• Dealing with order values ranging from around £1k - £60k
• Organising your own diary and visits in order to develop relationships with merchants
• Liaising with internal support staff and marketing team to maximise sales within your territory
