Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive UK sales for a structural steel specialist. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop strategic plans with internal teams to deliver projects across the UK.

You will build long-term relationships with contractors, developers and consultants, travel across the region, and negotiate favourable agreements while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or related role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Identify and secure new business within the UK construction sector.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers and consultants.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts for repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and revenue forecasts.
