Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Building Products to cover the Central area in the United Kingdom. You will drive sales of a premium range of interior building products to contractors, housebuilders, developers and specifiers.

The role emphasizes relationship management with architects, designers and end users, focusing on high-value projects and refurbishments. A company car and field sales package accompany a competitive remuneration structure.

• Sell a comprehensive range of high quality internal building products.

• Cover defined central areas and manage large order values.
• Work on both new build and refurb projects, typically for high-end apartments, residential and hotels.

Remuneration: £38,000 - £43,000 + 25% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Products will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive range of high quality internal building products
• All of your time will be spent generating business with contractors, housebuilders, developers, architects, designers, end users, specifiers, independent merchants and distributors
• Well established areas currently turning over
• Dealing with large order values typically ranging from £50k - £750k for a project
• Working on both new build and refurb projects typically for high end apartments, residential and hotels
