You will engage with contractors, housebuilders, developers, architects and specifiers, promoting a comprehensive range of internal building products and securing high-value contracts.

The role combines field sales with strong account management in a growing business, offering a fully expensed company car and a generous bonus scheme on top of a competitive base salary (£38k–£43k).

Remuneration: £38,000 – £43,000 + 25% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive range of high quality internal building products
• All of your time will be spent generating business with contractors, housebuilders, developers, architects, designers, end users, specifiers, independent merchants and distributors
• Well established areas currently turning over
• Dealing with large order values typically ranging from £50k – £750k for a project
• Working on both new build and refurb projects typically for high end apartments, residential and hotels
