Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Bathroom & Heating products, covering independent bathroom showrooms and merchants across designated UK regions.

You will sell a wide range of bathroom and heating solutions, manage a £1.3m area turnover, and work with an internal sales team to develop long-term retailer partnerships.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, strong networking within KBB channels, and delivering value to independent retailers.

Responsibilities

• Field sales role selling bathroom & heating products to independent showrooms and merchants.
• Sell a wide range of bathroom furniture, showers, sanitaryware, brassware, mirrors, radiators, lighting.
• Manage orders with average values between £50 and £3k.
• Inherit and grow a well-established area turnover around £1.3m per year.
• Collaborate with an internal sales team to maximize coverage.

The role of the Area Sales Manager Retail - Bathroom & Heating Products will involve:

• Field sales role selling a wide range of manufactured bathroom & heating products such as: bathroom furniture, showers, shower enclosures, sanitaryware, brassware, cabinets, mirrors, ventilation, lighting, basins, radiators etc
• All of your time will be spent selling to independent bathroom & retail showrooms and independent merchants
• Dealing with average order values of between £50-£3k
• Inheriting a well-established area currently turnover circa £1.3m per year
• Working in conjunction with an internal sales team

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Bathroom & Heating Products with:

• Must have field based sales experience in the KBB market sector
• Must have experience selling into independent bathroom & retail showrooms
• Must have contacts within the bathroom showroom channels
• Ideally have contact within the independent merchant and national merchants
