Job Description:

Job Title: Agricultural Area Sales Manager
Salary: £30,000 + Commission + Company Car
Location: Ashford
Hours: 42.5 per week

Job Description: Responsible for maximising sales opportunities, visiting customers, and promoting our portfolio of agricultural machinery in a professional and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell new and used agricultural machinery and associated equipment within your designated area.
  2. Meet or exceed sales performance targets as set by your direct line manager.
  3. Represent the dealership and a portfolio of brands to customers, ensuring the highest standard of service.
  4. Attend customer-focused events to promote our products and services.
  5. Demonstrate products when necessary and provide expert knowledge on equipment features and benefits.
  6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to ensure you’re offering the best solutions to customers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and its machinery.
  2. Proven sales, service, or parts experience within the agricultural sector.
  3. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  4. Full UK driving license is required.
