We are working with a main car dealership seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.

You will currently be working as a Car Sales Manager within the motor trade, with an excellent and successful track record.

You must demonstrate outstanding qualities, achievements, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional. You will be responsible for running a successful sales operation and seeking career progression.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Working in a profit-oriented environment with commercial awareness.
  3. Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members at all levels to maximize potential and build a strong, focused sales team.
  4. Maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service at all times.
