Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd in the UK is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to cover Yeovil, Weymouth and Bath. You will identify, maintain and maximise strong relationships with commercial trade customers to drive sales and increase market share.

The role focuses on relationship selling to hit targets, with a competitive base salary up to £40,000 and a realistic total earning potential up to £50,000 per year, plus a company car, bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A full driving license is essential.
• Experience in field-based business development and sales generation.
• Experience within a trade or builders merchant, retail, glazing or PVC-u environment could be advantageous.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of negotiation and profit margins.
• Accomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work under own initiative to targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic commercial relationships with trade customers, creating and maximising strong customer relationships
• Support the growth of the business and deliver profitable sales growth for the Region and sales territory
• Achieve sales targets through relationship selling based on a detailed understanding of the customer’s business
• Manage customer accounts and relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with a branch team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver remarkable customer service Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities from new and existing customer bases
• Keep up to date with local competitor activity, changes within your local market and the wider industry

HOURS: 40 per Week
SALARY: up to £40,000 basic salary per year

We are delighted to be recruiting an Area Sales Manager, to cover the Yeovil, Weymouth and Bath areas within our award-winning trade branch network. The roles is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and maximising strong customer relationships with commercial trade customers, to drive sales and increased market share. The focus of this role is on building strong customer relationships to maximise volume, income and margin.

WHAT OUR AREA SALES MANAGERS DO:
