Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - Watford and Harrow

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + great bonus, company car or car allowance, & home-based contract

If you are currently working in Field Sales or have the talent and ambition to succeed in the largest Food Service sales force, and are passionate about building a career in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model our Company Values and Purpose
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships within the independent sector
  • Grow and retain profitable customer volume against targets
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products
  • Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure we offer the best local solutions
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure smooth handovers
  • Represent the Brakes brand in your local market

You should be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the center of your work, providing optimal solutions to support their business. We seek tenacious, resilient self-starters with a track record of meeting targets and a drive for personal development. Experience with our modernisation initiatives and new technology, such as Salesforce, is advantageous but not essential.
