Your Way Sales Consultant - Homebased / Field Sales

Location: London – Spital Fields

Salary and Benefits: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance, & home-based contract.

About the Role

We’ve got ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called “Your Way” within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business within your own dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. Key Responsibilities

• Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth vs targets.
• Research your target audience and opportunities within your territory.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions.
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions.

Candidate Profile

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or New Business, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and passionate about sales. A food industry background is a plus but not essential.
