Responsibilities
  • Participating in sales strategy discussions for assigned area, agreeing short and long term goals and delivering the individually assigned sales budget.
  • Analyzing customer needs and aligning offers through general market information and information provided by local Sales organization. Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communication of the value proposition of the products, systems and packages with customers.
  • Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/solution related training.
  • Building long lasting customer relationships and taking ownership of specific customer cases ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Analyzing lost proposals to increase future offering and competitiveness.
  • Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Utilizing the CRM tool to enhance customer relationship management by streamlining communication, tracking interactions, and providing valuable feedback into customer behavior.
Qualifications
