The Role

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing clients. The role involves attending various appointments daily to win, retain, and increase customer spend. The successful candidate will inherit 75 diverse clients across South East London or West London, including medical practices, solicitors, recruitment companies, doctors, dentists, and law firms. Candidates from any background with B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply, managing approximately £800K worth of business.

Our client has been established for 50 years, with a turnover exceeding £10 million, nearly 300 employees, and 600 subcontractors. Specializing in facilities management services, the company is well-established in its sector and aims to expand its presence in London and the South East.

Candidate Criteria

• Ideal location around SE London or West London, with flexibility for the right candidate
• Essential B2B field sales experience
• Experience selling services such as finance, advertising, consultancy, recruitment, or FM services is preferred
• Independent, well-presented, personable, and organized
• Driving license is essential
