Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Engineer, you will identify, drive, and deliver sales and profit growth across the area. The primary market includes end users in various industries, including food, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, universities, and hospitals. You will also work with OEMs and support distribution partners, focusing on solution selling.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical qualification of ONC minimum, preferably HNC or higher. Suitable backgrounds include sales engineers, business development managers, sales specialists, account managers, design engineers, project engineers, internal sales engineers, or applications engineers aiming to move into field sales. Relevant products include heat exchangers, valves, actuators, compressors, pumps, heat transfer, flow control, instrumentation, or air conditioning. Experience in mechanical or automation backgrounds is also considered.

Region

The region covers Humberside and Lincolnshire, including Hull, Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Gainsborough, Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield, and surrounding areas.
