Enaifo Foodies Ltd in Scotland is looking for an Area Retail Manager to lead operations across multiple stores, travelling between sites and reporting to the Director/Owner. The role offers UK visa sponsorship and requires strong retail leadership.

You will drive SOP implementation, stock control, staff training and recruitment, ensure compliance with licenses, health and safety, and maintain high standards of customer service while growing profitability across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of stock control, procurement and inventory management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to analyze commercial and operational performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of several retail outlets.
• Develop, execute and review SOPs at various locations.
• Ensure licenses, trading standards, health and safety compliance.
• Train and support retail teams and Store Supervisors; manage workforce planning and recruitment.
• Monitor stock control, procurement and product availability.
• Review branch performance in sales, profitability, stock turnover and loss prevention.
• Prepare operational reports for the Director/Owner.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Support ongoing development of the multi-site operation.
