Job summary

G4S is seeking an Area Relief Officer to join our team across Teeside, Darlington, Stockton and Middlesbrough. You will cover 12-hour day, night and weekend shifts on a 42-hour week, with duties including greeting staff, enforcing security protocols, and patrols across multiple sites.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the ability to respond quickly to incidents, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Preferably hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License.
• Be a great communicator, verbally and written.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols.

Job description

Area Relief Officer to join the G4S team in Teeside, Darlington, Stockton and Middlesbrough.

Contract Information:

• Pay Rate: £13.55 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Days, nights and weekends, 12 hour shifts
• You must hold a full UK Driving Licence and your own car for this position, as shifts may be allocated at short notice.
• Candidates MUST have also lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years
