SCS JV, delivering HS2 London Tunnels, seeks an Area Project Director to lead a major delivery area in West Ruislip. You will steer strategy, governance, and client engagement across the project lifecycle to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will foster a safety-first culture, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Commercial director, with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement within a diverse team.

Qualificações

• Hold relevant University Degree or Equivalent.
• Chartered Member or Fellow of an appropriate professional institution or similar professional qualification.
• Proven track record at a senior leadership level in large projects.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards in tunneling and related works.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and project execution experience.
• Experience delivering work within set timeframes and budgets.
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and promote inclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Accountability for the SCS culture around health, safety and wellbeing.
• Manage the area in line with budget targets with Commercial director input.
• Review and improve business planning and forecasting within the area.
• Proactively manage relationships to enhance JV reputation.
• Promote good governance across the Area and coordination with other areas.
• Ensure robust procedures for Area development and delivery phases.
• Act as principal client contact and maintain client relationships.
• Manage risks and support contractual performance across the portfolio.
• Oversee full project life cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and statutory requirements.
