Job summary

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in complex construction projects.
• Commercial acumen with pre-construction, procurement and project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the area to targets, collaborate with wider programme.
• Maintain project culture and act as role model for the team.
• Manage area within target budget with Commercial Director.
• Review and improve business planning and forecasting.
• Develop client relationships and monitor satisfaction; address concerns.
