SCS JV is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Headhouses & Shafts for the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. You will oversee site activities, coordinate civil, M&E and architectural fit-out works, and drive safety, quality and programme adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, subscontractor management and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications across large infrastructure projects in London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large infrastructure or underground projects.
• Proven experience supervising headhouses, shafts, or underground structures.
• Background in M&E installations and architectural fit-out.
• Ability to read technical drawings and ensure quality.

Responsabilités

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Supervise daily construction activities for headhouses and shaft structures; Present start of shift briefing; Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural fit-out works; Ensure subcontractors adhere to project specs and method statements; Liaise with engineers, planners and PMs to ensure smooth workflow.
