Kier Group is seeking an Area Operations Manager for the IMRDS Reactive team based in Lincolnshire. The role involves overseeing delivery, safety, and performance, with a focus on efficient resource use and on-time project completion.

You will work with senior leaders, design, planning and shared services to implement improvements, drive performance, and maintain strong relationships with partners while ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in an operational environment, preferably utilities or similar.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Full driving licence held.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational management and delivery within the alliance, ensuring work is safe, on time and to budget.
• Drive performance management across the team and seek improvements.
• Coordinate with design, planning and shared services to maintain clear delivery plans.
• Ensure resources are in place, fully trained and meeting KPIs in a safe manner.
• Develop collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business.
