Working with design, planning and shared services, you will create and maintain clear delivery plans, ensure resource readiness, and hit KPIs. This role demands leadership, strong safety discipline and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in an operational environment within utilities or a similar sector.
• A proven track record of driving performance, safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols, environmental standards, and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed a positive health & safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and zero harm targets.
• Lead behavioural change across operational delivery to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Manage and optimise resources to meet changing work volumes and KPIs.
