Job summary

Country Court is seeking an Area Minibus Driver to support residents across our homes in Chippenham. The role involves rota planning, transporting residents safely between locations, and ensuring vehicles are well maintained.

You should be over 25, hold a FULL UK Driving Licence including D1, and bring a friendly, patient approach. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care industry preferred, not essential.

Area Minibus Driver Required - Covering our Homes in Selwood, Castle lodge, Westbury & Chippenham

ABOUT THE MINIBUS DRIVER ROLE

Our minibus drivers will have several local Homes to drive for, planning effectively with each Home to maximise its use in a fair and agreeable rota, helping our Residents move to and from their destination with ease. The vehicle will be based at one of the homes. You may also be needed to cover other days of the week on occasions.

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents.
• Make sure our residents are safe and comfortable on the journeys.
• Responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Minibus & reporting any issues
• Keep the minibus clean & tidy and to a high standard.

• For insurance reasons, our drivers must be over 25 years of age and have a FULL UK Driving License for 2 years or more and this must include category D1, with no serious driving convictions
