Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager for Amazon Logistics to lead and optimise shift-based operations across sites. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while mentoring a team of managers and frontline staff.

You’ll own process improvements, analyse performance against business goals, and collaborate with senior leaders to standardise practices across shifts. The role requires field leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

Experience in people management.
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
Experience using data to influence business decisions.
Fluent English (C1 or above) written and spoken.
A degree is required.
