Job summary

Spotless Commercial Cleaning is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer sites across Coventry and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for sites, teams and customers, including audits and client relations.

The role offers a salary of £30,000 per year, rising to £32,000 after probation, a company vehicle, pension, and a 40-hour week mainly Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading frontline teams.
• Strong customer service skills.
• The confidence to manage several locations and priorities.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate your cleaning teams
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Visit sites and complete quality audits
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Ensure staffing levels and cleaning standards are maintained
• Manage attendance and resolve operational issues
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards
• Work alongside other Area Managers and the wider Spotless team
• Be visible and approachable, providing support when needed
