Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Surrey and South West London. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on developing teams, improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The package includes circa £35,000 base salary plus car allowance or company car, bonus opportunity, company phone and laptop, staff discount, 28 days holiday and additional benefits.

• Proven track record coaching and developing store managers to improve performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores, coaching Store Managers to achieve sales growth, strong operational standards and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple stores to deliver sales and profit targets
• Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
• Driving KPI performance and commercial results
• Identifying opportunities to improve store performance
• Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning
• Maintaining excellent operational and brand standards

About You

You’ll have experience managing multiple sites within retail, fashion, food retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager
• A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance
• The ability to coach, develop and motivate Store Managers
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
• A full UK driving licence
