The Opportunity

Are you a proven leader with a passion for driving performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We’re looking for an Area Manager to lead our Packing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the department. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be fully responsible for your area during shift, making key decisions and inspiring your team to deliver excellence.

  • Lead and manage a team of 50+ across packing operations, ensuring high morale and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Oversee training, development, and succession planning for team members.
  • Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and service levels to meet business objectives.
