Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Area Housing Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile PFI Housing Management Contract and local TMO contract, ensuring the highest standards of housing and estate management. As a key member of the Senior Housing Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership, champion innovation and best practice, and oversee the performance of a dedicated operational team.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced housing professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced, front-line housing management environment. You will possess strong knowledge of social housing legislation and contract management, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and improving outcomes for tenants and leaseholders.
This is a site based, full-time role and is a fixed term contract due to expire on 28/05/2027.
