Job summary
Argenbright Security Europe Ltd (ASEL) is seeking an Area Service Engineer to own your patch in King’s Lynn, covering CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and fire systems. You’ll manage maintenance calls and faults, building strong client relationships and delivering first-time fixes.
The role offers a salary of £35,000–£39,000 with an OTE of £50,000+, overtime, a company vehicle, door-to-door pay, and an on-call rota. This is a full-time, permanent position with clear progression.
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining integrated security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire).
- Knowledge of IP-based security systems.
- Methodical fault-finding approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Own service and maintenance delivery across your patch.
- Manage maintenance calls, reactive faults, and small projects.
- Diagnose and fix faults across CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire systems.
- Deliver first-time fixes to avoid repeat visits.
- Build lasting client relationships and keep your line manager updated.
- Share a fair 1 in 6 on-call rota.
