Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) invites an Area Service Engineer to join a forward-thinking team delivering integrated security solutions across South East London.

You will own your service area, respond to service desk requests, diagnose faults in CCTV, intrusion, access control and fire systems, and participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 support.

The role offers development opportunities and ongoing training within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with integrated security systems including CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Fire.
• Strong experience with IP-based systems and enterprise platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon.
• Solid technical understanding of fault finding, servicing, and maintenance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional, approachable manner.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of service and maintenance calls within your allocated area.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across a range of integrated security systems.
• Minimising repeat visits and delivering first-time fixes.
• Communicating with your Line Manager regarding outstanding issues and workload.
• Representing ASEL professionally and building strong client relationships.
• Supporting the wider Service Team with additional duties as required.
