Key responsibilities include:
Ensure accurate financial reporting, in partnership with our Global Business Services team
Guide and support an international finance team
Oversee compliance with statutory, audit and tax regulations in multiple locations
Interpret financial data to support regional and global decisions
Participate in improvement initiatives as part of our NextGen Finance project
Collaborate across departments and geographies on finance operations
Contribute to projects focused on simplifying and aligning global finance processes
Background in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a recognised accounting qualification
Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, or OneStream
Interest in financial storytelling and insight generation
Comfort working across teams, time zones, and cultures
An open, curious approach and a focus on continuous learning
