As our Area Finance Manager, you'll contribute to the financial direction of our business across the UK, Ireland, and parts of Europe-bringing clarity to complex data and supporting confident decision-making.

This position is based in Darwen, UK, and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, in partnership with our Global Business Services team
  • Guide and support an international finance team
  • Oversee compliance with statutory, audit and tax regulations in multiple locations
  • Interpret financial data to support regional and global decisions
  • Participate in improvement initiatives as part of our NextGen Finance project
  • Collaborate across departments and geographies on finance operations
  • Contribute to projects focused on simplifying and aligning global finance processes

  • Background in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a recognised accounting qualification
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, or OneStream
  • Interest in financial storytelling and insight generation
