Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is recruiting for an Area Finance Controller to take responsibility for financial reporting, controls, compliance, budgeting and team leadership within a multinational environment. The role leads a small finance team while maintaining strong financial governance and supporting wider business decision-making.

The ideal candidate has at least three years' experience at Finance Manager or equivalent, a degree in finance or accounting, and strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS

Qualifications

• Three years' experience at Finance Manager or equivalent
• Experience in a multinational organisation
• Degree or equivalent finance/accounting background
• Strong GL accounting knowledge
• Experience across tax, costing, AP, AR and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of UK GAAP / FRS 102

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Produce budgets and financial forecasts
• Manage annual audits
• Support tax filings and statutory accounts
• Manage cash and treasury activity
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
