Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Area Facilities Supervisor - Yorkshire to help ensure the smooth running of operations at 14Forty on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Role Overview

As an Area Facilities Supervisor - Yorkshire, you will leverage your skills to maintain high standards of quality work. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the delivery of contractual services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
2. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize labour to maintain efficient and profitable operations.
3. Ensure adherence to all HSE policies, audits, and training requirements across units.
4. Support and track actions from operational reviews (MBR/QBR), audits, and business improvement initiatives.
5. Lead, train, and develop site teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and service continuity.
6. Build strong client relationships and drive service excellence, contract compliance, and commercial growth.
