Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Southampton is seeking an Area Estates Maintenance Manager (Day to Day Repairs) / Contracts manager to join our Housing Operations and Repairs Maintenance Services team. The role focuses on delivering void repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring CDM compliance and health and safety.

You will plan project programming, manage budgets, and schedule subcontractors to meet tight timescales.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates or facilities maintenance and contract delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations.

Area Estates Maintenance Manager needed in Southampton, £23.70ph

PAYE - 5303209

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm and 7.30am - 3.15pm on a Friday.

Transport: A car is required for this role.

Timescale: This is likely to be at least a 12 month position, but could be extended.

Area Estates Maintenance Manager (Day to Day Repairs) / Contracts manager to work within their Housing Operations and Repairs Maintenance Services team.

We are looking for leaders to help in the delivery of several projects within our area they include but are not limited to;

• Managing contractors carrying out void repair works
• Overseeing making safe regeneration properties

The Area Estates Maintenance Manager / Contract manager will be responsible for the management of contractors and/or direct labour and setting up weekly/monthly performance meetings, delivering void repairs in tight timescales, also responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• CDM compliance
• Health and safety management
• Project programming
• Project finance
• Project delivery
• Scheduling sub-contractors to suit the demand

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
