Area Cleaning Supervisor– Lead, Inspire & Deliver Excellence!

London Area | £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience | Full UK Driving License Required

We’re on the lookout for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services across multiple customer sites in the London area. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you'll support frontline teams, ensure we exceed service expectations, and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Lead & Inspire: Motivate, develop, and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
  2. Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance while fostering a positive, cohesive work environment.
  3. Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
  4. Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
  5. Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  6. Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.

  4. Highly organised – excellent time management and workload prioritisation.
  5. Industry experience? Great! If you have experience managing contracts/accounts in cleaning or support services, that’s a plus – but if you have strong leadership and operational skills, we want to hear from you!
  6. Full UK Driving License required – as you’ll be travelling across multiple sites.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent

Hours: 40 per week, field-based
