Job Title: Area Cleaning Manager

Location: London

Hours: Full-Time, Flexible Hours - Evening

Travel Required: Yes (Company vehicle provided )

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple commercial office sites. Youll be responsible for managing cleaners, maintaining high cleaning standards, ensuring compliance, and liaising with clients.

This is a mobile role, so you must be able to travel between sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across designated office locations
• Conduct regular site audits, quality checks, and spot inspections
• Liaise with site contacts to maintain service satisfaction
• Train, induct, and support new cleaning staff
• Organise cover for sickness and holiday absences
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites
• Submit reports and maintain records as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning supervision (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexible, organised, and able to work under pressure
• Strong understanding of cleaning practices, H&S, and COSHH regulations
• IT literate (basic reporting and rota management)
