Thorn Baker Facilities Management is recruiting an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 25 sites across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. The role offers a competitive salary up to £37,000 and a company car, with a clear path for career development within a supportive team.

You will manage day-to-day performance, build strong client relationships, lead cleaning teams, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met while maintaining rigorous Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple cleaning contracts in a commercial cleaning environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management experience.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
• Good understanding of service delivery, KPIs and operational performance.
• Health & Safety knowledge, with IOSH or similar qualifications desirable.
